Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed.

How to Delete Your Account

Request Account Deletion via Email

To delete your GabAi account and all associated data, please send an email to our support team:

What to Include in Your Email

1. Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

2. Your registered email address (the email you used to sign up)

3. Your phone number (if you registered with phone)

4. Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and all associated data have been permanently deleted.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• All conversations and chat messages
• Smart lists and list items
• Reminders and calendar events
• Groups and group members
• Contacts and scanned information
• User preferences and settings
• Account credentials and authentication data

Important Notes

• Account deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed

• You will be logged out immediately after deletion

• If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled

• Some data may be retained for legal compliance (30 days maximum)
